My sweet Cannon

My kids, like the majority of kids, do not like to have their pictures taken. This makes it really difficult for me to continue to improve my portrait photography when my own kids will not let me photograph them! All hell breaks loose the minute I take out my camera...so frustrating!!! It is ridiculous how many blurry and headless shots I have taken of my kiddos. However, a miraculous thing happened this past week with my three year old. Not only did he agree to allow me to photograph him, but he stayed put for a good 10-15 minutes as well! Granted, I did bribe him with Hershey Kisses (please don't judge), but he actually hammed it up for me! Here's to hoping this will happen again soon-
